On Jul 22nd 2014, by the support of the Assyrian Aid Society of America and Australia, The Assyrian Aid Society of Iraq implemented a relief program to aid the displaced families from Mosul as a result for the recent events, where the program included the distribution of humanitarian aid to relief (60) family whom fled from Mosul to villages (Perozawa, Karanjo, Dashqutane and Ainbaqre).
The next day, the Assyrian Aid Society of Iraq implemented a relief program to aid displaced families, by the support of the Assyrian Aid Society of America and Australia, where the support have been provided to relief (30 families) whose living at the Syriac Catholic Church in Dohuk.
On the same day, The Assyrian Aid Society Iraq and in cooperation with the Aid Society for (ACERO) Organization implemented a relief program that included a distribution of aid to 60 families of displaced & needy families of Shabak and Christians.
On Jul 24th 2014, on the completion of the providing of support to the displaced families from Mosul, The Assyrian Aid Society of Iraq implemented another relief program, where the program included providing of food substances to (210 families) in Telkeif, (75 families) in Batnaya and (10 families) in Bakhetme.
