the visit of Patriarch of the Syriac Catholic Church of Antioch in the world to Society's Headquarters

On June 30^th 2014, President of the Assyrian Aid Society Iraq, Mr. Ashur Eskrya received His Beatitude Patriarch Mar Ignatius Yousif 3rd Younan, Patriarch of the Syriac Catholic Church of Antioch in the world to visit the displaced families from Baghdida whom living at Society's dormitories. His holiness praised the efforts of our Society in housing the families, as he encouraged our People to return to their homes in Nineveh Plain.

His holiness was accompanied by a group of archbishops and bishops of the Syriac Catholic Church. Thereafter, Mr. Eskrya distributed gifts to the children of the displaced families in dormitories as good initiative to bring joy to the kids' hearts.
