On Friday June 8, Mr. Ashur Sargon, the President of the Assyrian Aid Society Iraq met a delegation from the Assyrians Without Borders Organization coming from Sweden, the delegation was included of Ms. Daniela Barsoum, the Vice President and Project Manager, and Ms. Izla Kaya, the Board Member and Technical Supervisor, as well as Ms. Annika Rabo, the Professor at the University of Stockholm, where they discussed the common projects of both sides, and hoping to increase more cooperation in the future.

 

It is worth mentioning that the Executive Board members of the AASI had received the visiting delegation on June 4 in the headquarters of the Society, by the attendance of the Chaldoassyrian Student and Youth Union members included Mr. Ninos Odisho, the member of the Union's executive board and Mr. Issac the member of the Union, where they held a meeting to discuss the project which hoping to be implemented by the of the Chaldoassyrian Students and Youth Union under the supervision of the Assyrian Aid Society of Iraq.
