The Assyrian Aid Society Meets the Swedish Parliament

On June 14, Mr. Ashur Sargon the president of the Assyrian Aid Society in the building of the Swedish Parliament in Stockholm met with Ms. Anneli Ainohun the member of the Swedish Parliament for the Christian Democrats and the meeting discussed the situation of refugees and displaced people in Iraq in general and our people in particular, and they also discussed what the Assyrian Aid Society has done in relief programs for internally displaced people and supporting assyrian education and other projects, as well as the meeting discussed the areas where our people in Iraq and the main humanitarian and economic needs.

the meeting was attended by Ms. Margarita Oakland, the president of the Society (SKA) , and Mr. Fahmy Krmo the administrative Board member of the Society.
