AAS-Iraq continues to distribute the school supplies to our students at the beginning of the new academic year
With the start of the new academic year 2017 – 2018 and in order to bring joy in the hearts of our students and support their parents. The Assyrian Aid Society-Iraq, in cooperation with the International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) and Lutheran World Relief, distributed the school supplies to our students of all grades of study in the governorates of Dohuk, Erbil and Nineveh Plain villages.
On Sunday, Oct. 8th, 2017, The Assyrian Aid Society-Iraq distributed the school supplies to 475 students of Syriac schools (Zakho high school and Shlama Basic school in Zakho and Akad Basic schools in Dohuk).
On Tuesday, Oct. 10th, 2017, the school supplies were distributed to students in schools of (Orhai high school and 1 Nissan Basic school in Sarsink and Enishke Basic school in Enishke).
