The Assyrian Aid Society-Iraq, represented by Mr. Napoleon Yousif, Syriac Education Officer at AASI, accompanied by Mrs. Shoushan Tower, member of the Administrative Committee of the Assyrian Aid Society of Australia, toured the Syriac schools of our people to learn about the educational process and the needs that it requires for completing the academic year 2016-2017 at the best possible image. The visit included the schools of (Primary Nohadra, Basic Akito, and Naseebeen High School) in the city of Dohuk on Monday, April 3, 2017, and schools (Basic Bakhitme, Primary Shiyos, and Basic Bahra in in Semel) on Thursday, 6 April 2017, and schools of (Zakhoota high school and basic Shlama) in Bersiveh sub-district on Saturday, April 8, 2017, as well as the participation Shameil school students and basic Bahra in their picnic to Babilo area on Friday, April 7, 2017 that was hosted by Semel Center of Chaldo Assyrian Students & Youth Union, in addition to attendance of the charity market for the Assyrian Women's Union - Duhok Branch in the hall of Assyrian Cultural Center. The delegation of representatives of the Assyrian Aid Society was received warmly by the administrative and teaching bodies of all visited schools.
