AAS-Iraq in Erbil receives a delegation from the ICRC and Philos Project
The Assyrian Aid Society-Iraq in Erbil received on Feb. 17th 2016, a delegation included Mr. Robert Nicholson Executive Director of Philos Project and Mr. Luca-moon, Deputy Director in Philos Project, Ms. Juliana Taimoorazy director of the Iraqi Christian Relief Council and Ms. Violet Khammo member of ICRC, and were the delegation was received by representatives of AASI in Erbil, Mr. Imad Ddiza Mr. Awder Marben and Ms. Romy Yousif. the delegation visited a number of parties and institutions of our people in Erbil, in addition to a visit to the compounds of displaced people in Ainkawa, then the delegation participated in implementing a distribution of humanitarian by the support of ICRC in coordination with AASA, which included the distribution of (160) of Hygiene kits to the displaced families from Mosul and the Nineveh plain in Al-Amal compound in Ainkawa.
