President of AAS-Iraq meets his eminence Mar Emmanuel Yousif in Toronto, Canada
On Oct. 30th 2015, at the end of his recent visit to Canada, Mr. Ashur Eskrya President of the Assyrian Aid Society-Iraq met with His Eminence Archbishop Mar Emmanuel Yousif bishop of the diocese of Canada for the Assyrian Church of the East, in which His Eminence Archbishop Mar Emmanuel Yousif received his guest at his residence in the Canadian city of Toronto, by the attendance of Mr. Saper Toma deputy of responsible for Assyrian Democratic Movement for Canada Section.
President of AAS-Iraq talked with his eminence Mar Emmanuel about the conditions of our displaced people and their living difficult conditions, as Mr. Ashur spoke about AAS-I's activities, which seeks to provide the greatest possible relief and humanitarian assistance in order to alleviate the suffering of our people, and the need to make greater efforts to overcome the ordeal faced by our displaced people.
