After the completion of the first phase of the agreement between GlobalMedic organization (David McAntony Gibson Foundation) and the Assyrian Aid Society - Iraq through the Assyrian Aid Society of Canada to implement relief programs of providing the humanitarian aid to displaced families from Mosul and Nineveh Plain in the city of Dohuk.
The Society implemented the second phase of the relief programs on Friday Jun. 12th 2015, at the headquarters of Society in Dohuk, by the attendance of a delegation from GlobalMedic organization included Mr. Chris Loan the senior program officer, Mr. Shawn Carby West Coast Coordinator in addition to two volunteers from the GlobalMedic Ms. Tara Laycock and Ms. Kate Archer the program has been included the distribution of essential humanitarian assistance, (Cooking Gas, Cooker) in addition to the Hygiene stuff and other household materials, which have been distributed to (300) of displaced families in the city of Dohuk.
