AAS-Iraq Receives a delegation from Tur Abdin - Turkey

On Mar. 14th 2015, the president of Assyrian Aid Society-Iraq Mr. Ashur Eskrya received at the headquarters AAS-I a delegation from Tur Abdin in Turkey, the delegation included Father Younan Bar Yohanan the pastor of Mardin Church in Tur Abdin, Mr. Yousif Begtas, Mr. Nael poly and Jacob Begtas.

The visit comes within the tour of delegation to Iraq to check on the conditions of our people and suffering of the displaced people of Mosul and Nineveh plain after the forced displacement from their historical places, the visit of delegation to AAS headquarters coincided with the implementation of relief program for a number of IDP's which included the distribution of food baskets in Dohuk.
