AASI President meets the Permanent Representative of Iraq to the UN

On Tuesday, May 15 at the UN headquarters in New York, Mr. Ashur Sargon president of the Assyrian Aid Society of Iraq met Dr. Hamid al-Bayati, Permanent Representative of Iraq to the United Nations, and Dr. William Ishaiah Aodisho Deputy Representative of Iraq to the United Nations, by the attendance of Mr. Younadam Youkhanna, the meeting discussed the participation of the Assyrian Aid Society in the meetings of Indigenous Peoples and its importance, as they expressed the readiness of the Permanent Representation to activate the participation of the Society in meetings that are related to humanitarian projects in future, which serves the charitable projects of the Society and support our People in this framework to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the Society in Iraq.
