On 12 -14 Sep 2011, Mr. Ashur Sargon president of the Assyrian Aid Society in Iraq, and Mr. Narsai David, the Chairman of the Assyrian Aid Society in America, met a number of members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate in the building of the U.S. Congress, including Rep. Mrs. Anna Eshoo, Mr. Jeff Fortenberry, Mr. Sander Levin, Mr. Jesse Jackson, Ms. Jan Schakowsky and Mr. Jeff Flake, the meeting discussed the projects of humanitarian organizations in Nineveh Plain, and the importance of its development, as well as supporting the activities and development programs for our People in Nineveh plain and the importance of supporting investment projects and development in the region.
