AAS-Iraq receives the delegation of the Assyrian National Council in Illinois

On April 3, 2017, the President of the Assyrian Aid Society-Iraq, Mr. Ashur Eskrya, received the delegation of the Assyrian National Council in Illinois headed by Mr. Sheba Mando, who is coming from America on an inspection visit to the country.

The meeting discussed the situation of our people, the liberation of the areas and the lands of our people raped by criminal gangs of ISIS in Mosul and the Nineveh Plain, and the efforts exerted by the AASI to alleviate the suffering of our displaced people, as well as discussing efforts to support the Syriac education process and future cooperation and coordination with the Assyrian National Council in Illinois.
