On Feb. 11th 2015, Mr. Ashur Eskrya the president of the Assyrian Aid Society-Iraq met Mr. David Saperstein U.S. Ambassador for Religious Freedom from Washington at the building of the General Consulate of United States in Erbil.

 

As the meeting discussed the suffers of our people who faced the genocide by gangs of ISIS terrorist, and the conditions of displaced People and their emergency needs, as well as the future of the Nineveh Plain and the activities of our Society in the field of alleviating the suffering of our People, where Mr. Eskrya presented a paper included the suffering of our people and the ways of solution to ensure they return to the historical regions in the Nineveh Plain.
